Navajo

Joe Fresh shirt / vintage jean shorts / Joe Fresh sandals / vintage bag & beaded belt / vintage and handmade jewelry

I like mixing a bold print with simple denim and soft leather accessories, I particularly love this button up, it's so 70s retro and orange is one of my favorite colours right now! The weather in Montreal is so hot and sticky, the only way to get through it is with a cold beer and short shorts ;)

I'm getting into the mood for some dry desert heat, I can't believe in exactly a week from today, I'm flying to San Francisco, hopping in the car towards Nevada and the Burning Man adventure begins again! I'm in desperate need of a change of scenery, follow me on Instagram: @camillenormandin for all the excitement!

Pilaflex Studios

Calvin Klein sports bra / Joe Fresh yoga pants

I tried out a new workout yesterday with my friend Gabi at Pilaflex studios in Westmount. Our trainer & studio owner Sylvie Chapdelaine offers private lessons where she develops a personalized program for you, focusing on perfecting your body and posture with exercises taken from pilates, yoga and gymnastics to work on flexibility and muscle definition.

My favorite part of the session was definitely the exercises on the yoga wall, hanging upside down and stretching your whole body felt so empowering, it's also great way to improve circulation. We couldn't stop laughing, it's definitely the most fun I've had while working out! I've also rarely felt so sore the next day, but the pain is very rewarding!

I will be training at Pilaflex studios twice a week with my new workout buddy, can't wait to show you the results!

Rustic

vintage Le Château dress / vintage lace bra / Forever 21 sandals / Zara fringe bag / $ store hat / vintage and handmade jewelry

Anyone who knows me knows that I am the thrift store queen, nothing gives me greater satisfaction than finding unique items (such as this dress) at tiny prices... so imagine my excitement and surprise when I found this great straw hat at the dollar store while shopping for party favours. I apparently have a big head and it's very difficult for me to find a hat that fits and this one is just perfect! It was originally a cowboy hat and I simply ironed the brim to make it a fedora, sometimes you gotta get a little creative, cheers to that! ;)
