Calvin Klein sports bra / Joe Fresh yoga pants
I tried out a new workout yesterday with my friend Gabi at Pilaflex studios in Westmount. Our trainer & studio owner Sylvie Chapdelaine offers private lessons where she develops a personalized program for you, focusing on perfecting your body and posture with exercises taken from pilates, yoga and gymnastics to work on flexibility and muscle definition.
My favorite part of the session was definitely the exercises on the yoga wall, hanging upside down and stretching your whole body felt so empowering, it's also great way to improve circulation. We couldn't stop laughing, it's definitely the most fun I've had while working out! I've also rarely felt so sore the next day, but the pain is very rewarding!
I will be training at Pilaflex studios twice a week with my new workout buddy, can't wait to show you the results!
